Name, email, phone number and whatever you write in a message or request.

For test rides: identity confirmed with BankID and driving-licence details. For service and winter storage: registration number and vehicle details.

For purchases: delivery and payment details. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.

To answer requests and carry out bookings and purchases (contract), to meet accounting and warranty rules (legal obligation), and to improve the site (legitimate interest).

We only send offers if you asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.

Requests are kept while the matter is open and up to 24 months after. Purchase and accounting records are kept for seven years, as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires.

Suppliers who help us run the site, bookings and payments (processors), manufacturers for warranty claims, and authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.

You may see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy (portability). Contact us to use these rights.

If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
